[equinux] Paises Bajos adopta el Software de codigo abierto

Good idea for Ecuadorian Government.
Actually, process of utilizing GPL software and Open Source is in progress in Ecuador. Most of telecommunication platforms for example are based on Open Source products (about 85%). As well, I have seen how some markets use Linux based accounting systems. 

So, hope, 2007-2008 will be technological revolution in Ecuador, but in cause of low level understanding/education in this way, this process as I see will not be supported by government. 

But the major point is, most of technicians in Ecuador  does not sale  services BUT GPL PRODUCT ITSELF, that is affecting redistribution  of any GPL product  in Ecuador as free ware as well as low level utilization.

El Gobierno Holandes ha fijado un plazo en Abril 2008 para que sus
 agencias empiecen a usar software de codigo abierto. Esta iniciativa anivel
 estatal es una mas de las tantas europeas como las de Munich en
 Alemania y Viena en Austria
