Con que proveedor estas? si estas no estas con Satnet/TV-Cable puedes
intentar de desconectar tu (ADSL-)modem, dejalo desconectado unos 10 min
y vuelves a conectarte - así recibes un IP público distinto con lo cual
vas a poder enviar correos.
